How to view the full history of a shared email conversation?

You can view the history of a shared email conversation by clicking on a shared email and in the right sidebar under "Pulse" you will find all the past events linked to this very conversation, e.g.:

• The user who shared the email at first
• Which user changed the status of an email
• Which user assigned this email and to whom
• Notes and mentions
• Actions triggered by rules
