If your organization has multiple sub-companies or departments, you may want to consolidate all incoming emails into a single shared inbox for easier management. While this can simplify workflows, there are some limitations to be aware of, especially when using Google Groups or alias addresses.

Steps to consolidate your Inbox

  1. Head to your Gmelius workspace page
  2. Open the settings of the share inbox by clicking on the workspace
  3. Head to the Inbox Settings tab and enable the option to share all emails sent to this email address

Important: If the shared inbox is a Google Group, this option is not available. Google Groups cannot automatically pull in all aliases, you will need to manually add them.
