If you created a shared workspace and then notice that your user(s) are marked as inactive, this usually occurs for the following reasons.

If you created a shared workspace and then notice that your user(s) are marked as inactive, this usually occurs for the following reasons.
User(s) did not sign up yet
Your invited users should follow the link in the invitation email Gmelius sent. Upon signup, they will be automatically added to your team. You can just ask them to head to https://gmelius.io/signup
User(s) did not accept your sharing request
When you share a workspace, e.g., a Gmail label, Gmelius then sends an email to your teammates for them to approve the sharing. Just remind them to check their inbox for the latter email and follow the instructions.
