Why my campaign is not sent to all contacts?

When you schedule a campaign to run at a specific date and time, Gmelius will send requests to Gmail's official API to send the campaign at the time you set.

Note that a campaign might be sent within a certain time range going from a few minutes to a couple of hours. This is especially the case when you send a campaign to a large list of contacts (50+ recipients).

  • You may see that your campaign was sent to a part of your contacts at the time you sent it and then an hour later it was sent to all of them. This is due to Gmail not accepting your email and hence Gmelius will retry automatically until it gets authorized.
  • If you reach your Gmelius limit, we will send the rest of the emails after 24 hours or send them over several days, depending on the number of contacts.
