Schedule meetings faster with AI Scheduler

The AI Scheduler helps you set up meetings without the back-and-forth. Powered by Meli, it analyzes your calendar availability and suggests optimal meeting times directly to your recipients.

Instead of manually checking your calendar or sharing scheduling links, Meli proposes times that work for you.

How AI Scheduler works

When you ask to schedule a meeting in an email, Meli:

  1. Analyzes your calendar availability
  2. Identifies suitable time slots
  3. Suggests those times in your reply
  4. Lets your recipient choose the time that works best

Once a time is confirmed, the meeting will automatically be added to your calendar and your contact's calendar.

How to enable AI Scheduler

AI Scheduler is currently available for personal inboxes only.

To enable it:

  1. Open your personal inbox configuration settings (this step is not required on the Meli plan).
  2. Go to AI Scheduler.
  3. Toggle AI Scheduler to Enabled.
  4. Configure your scheduling preferences.
  5. Click Save.

Once enabled, Meli will automatically suggest meeting times when it detects that you're trying to schedule a meeting in an new email.

When AI Scheduler is triggered

AI Scheduler activates when Meli detects that your recipient is trying to schedule a meeting in an email. For example, when you receive an email saying:

  • “Are you available for a meeting tomorrow?”
  • “Let’s find a time to talk next week.”
  • “Could we meet sometime in the afternoon?”

Meli will then suggest available time slots based on your calendar.

Edit or customize suggested times

Before sending the email, you can:

  • Review the suggested meeting times
  • Edit or remove time slots
  • Add new availability if needed

This ensures you stay in full control of what gets proposed.
